2-year guarantee on all components of your Optimo sleeping system. Please contact your Optimo retailer for guarantee services. Statutory guarantee rights are in no way affected by these guarantee services. Under our guarantee service, the current guarantee period is not interrupted and no new guarantee period begins.

We have to exclude from our guarantee promise:

  • defects caused by improper handling, e.g. use of force, overloading, modifications made by the buyer, etc.
  • damage caused by opening electrical and electronic components (except repairs by the manufacturer’s employees)
  • defects based on normal wear and tear, e.g. fatigue of spring elements, spring slats or plastic parts
  • mattress covers and handles, and other fabric covers
  • soiling by mildew stains (mould).

Please contact your Optimo retailer for guarantee services. Statutory guarantee rights are in no way affected by these guarantee services.

For the first 2 years, we offer a full guarantee for your Optimo sleep system upon presentation of proof of purchase. During this time, we will replace or repair any damage caused by material defects.

We also offer the following extended guarantees for marked products. 

For new purchases, the guarantee service is reduced in stages from the third year of use:

  • from the 3rd year of use, there is a guarantee of 80% of the new price
  • from the 4th year of use, there is a guarantee of 70% of the new price
  • from the 5th year of use, there is a guarantee of 60% of the new price
  • from the 6th year of use, there is a guarantee of 50% of the new price
  • from the 7th year of use, there is a guarantee of 40% of the new price
  • from the 8th year of use, there is a guarantee of 30% of the new price
  • from the 9th year of use, there is a guarantee of 20% of the new price
  • from the 10th year of use, there is a guarantee of 10% of the new price.

We have to invoice the remaining costs in each case as the customer share.





Repairs:

From the 3rd year of use, repair services will be charged to the customer, subject to prior preparation of a cost estimate for that customer.

  • Under our guarantee service, the current guarantee period is not interrupted and no new guarantee period begins.
  • Motors and electronic components are only covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee.

We have to exclude from our guarantee promise:
